When our broker was failing to meet our needs and concerns, Mike was there to answer all questions and with explanations that made complete sense. We had lots of questions, we listed our new home in the peak of activity, and we had quite tight closing deadlines with very little time given to obtain mortgage financing, but Mike was very helpful, always available, and he got us exactly the mortgage we needed when we needed it.
