Mike was very helpful during the entire mortgage process. He discussed all of my options and explained everything very thoroughly. He also sent information emails along the way about what to expect at my lawyer appointment, tips for moving, and reminders to set up utilities, internet, etc. It really took away the stress of worrying that I had forgotten something.
